🔄 Change of Mind (COM) Return Policy

Our Policy at a Glance:

• 5 Days to Return: You have just 5 days from the delivery date to initiate a Change of Mind return.

• Condition: Item must be unopened and in brand new condition.

• Refund Amount: Refund is for the item value only (initial shipping is non-refundable).

• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for organizing and covering the return shipping cost.

Note on Delivery Errors: If the return is due to a customer-caused delivery failure (e.g., incorrect address), an additional charge (equal to or exceeding the initial shipping cost) will be deducted from the refund.
